Coming out

At the famous “Coming Out,” Rome’s first gay club, which is located in front of the Colosseum, preparations are in full swing for the most important day of the year: the Pride. The parade brings together thousands of people and, as always, will end its run right in the street of the club that Lisa founded and has been running for almost two decades. But today is not easy for her: for the first time, Gaia, her partner since they were teenagers and mother of her son, will not spend this day together with them. The separation between the two women is very recent, and the new family dynamics are still forming. As she works, Lisa reflects on the past, mixing memories with the sounds and colors of Pride.
